In a business environment, we like Kanban for ongoing maintenance of a product like, well, AgilePress.  A service ticket for a bug should be handled as quickly as possible, but things like enhancement requests can become stories for your product’s backlog.  They can then be moved to the Kanban board’s to-do column to be picked up one-at-a-time by your development team.
